A music school that utilizes a proven learning method that will change the way we approach music learning as a whole. The Spaulding Method of Learning is planned to soon cover the globe.
Background:
The Spaulding Method has now been taught to over 100 students of all types: Guitar, Piano, Voice, Violin, Bass, Drums etc. The Spaulding Method is the fist method of its kind that teaches a structured and accelerated learning of how to play “by ear” any instrument in western music.
Through the Spaulding method, students learn how to play their instruments up to ten times faster then through any other method. Regularly, a guitar student of the Spaulding method will be playing within 30 days of learning, what a student of any other method will be playing at well after a year. A piano student through the Spaulding method within 3 months of learning will play at a proficiency level that parallels a pianist of three years of regular schooling experience. Drums, voice and all other instruments also take the same learning curve. The results are proven in its students.
In short, the Spaulding Method is a fast track to stage performance, song writing and mastering of almost any instrument in the North American repertoire. Its students have recorded CD's and won international song writing competitions and The Spaulding Method has now garnered an extremely loyal talent and customer base.
The Spaulding Method was founded by Damian Spaulding as a way to equip Christian artists in instruments and worship leading within extremely short periods of time. Damian Spaulding also actively teaches on worship, sound engineering and other seminar subject matter.

To make The Spaulding Method of Teaching the new standard in music teaching all across the world.
Strategic Plan:
The Spaulding Method has already been taught to 4 qualified teachers and expanding. The next slated steps for the Spaulding Method will be to create a DVD encyclopaedia of teaching; documenting the entire Spaulding Method for every instrument. When completed, there will be no other instructional DVD series in the world that could compare to the detail, structure and completeness of the Spaulding Method. The instrument of Guitar alone is planned to be a 6 to 8 DVD set.
In this unprecedented move, The Spaulding Method can then be “distance learned” from anywhere in the world. This DVD encyclopaedia will act as a firm introduction to the Spaulding Method and will act as a foundational block for the teaching of other teachers in the proven method.
The “one on one” and “classroom” training of teachers is also planned to be set in place as soon as the introductory DVD project is completed.
Immediate Plan:
At present Damian Spaulding (founder) is actively teaching more than 40 students. The next stage of development for the Spaulding School of Music is to purchase of two pseudo “broadcast quality” cameras and document the Method on DVD.
The Spaulding School of Music already has a website in position that will promote the DVD collection once complete.
